So What IS a Dead Cat Bounce?

That's a great question... and no, there were no cats injured in the making of this film...

The "Dead Cat Bounce" is actually a chart pattern that shows up during bear markets and it signals for a continuation of that bear trend. 

Lately there have been several negative prognosticators claiming that we are in a Dead Cat Bounce (DCB for sure) but do these people even know what a DCB is?
